Gullah HSC Home Maintenance Services Agreement: $500/Month once rented if desired.
HOW IT WORKS?
Once you're a member, we give you a list of maintenance issues covered by your agreement. You then provide this list to your tenant. If any issue on your covered agreement comes up, your tenant calls the number on your services agreement and not you for repair. That's it!

WHY SHOULD I CONSIDER THIS?
If you are renting a property, you will generally assume the responsibility of a landlord. This can often be more work than many residents desire to undertake. This means that problems with the property become your duty to address such as fixing plumbing, electrical, and other safety issues.

However, by joining the Gullah HSC Property Agreement, when you rent your property, a portion is sent to our associated contractors. This means for smaller issues your tenants will contact one of our network skilled tradesman who has agreed to fix certain problems. Our network is comprised of talented individuals from settlement communities who possess trade and contracting certifications. This also helps us support our local talent by circulating community dollars in our neighborhoods.
